A bad night all round

Because of the rain yesterday I was achy all over and couldn't get warm. I eventually got to sleep but the combination of the wind causing the door to bang and things to blow around outside and my pain levels meant I was up in the night. Luckily we had no damage outside but my body is paying for the lack of rest it got last night.

Hubby let me lie in this morning, but I was only dozing from the time son got up to get ready for school and gave up trying to sleep after he left the house....doesn't help that the neighbours are having a wall built at the front so their builders started work at 8am.

Today's plan of attack is to keep on top of the washing and make an anniversary card for hubby for tomorrow.....and since it is currently dry, I am going to head out to my craft shed!
